We never extract, host, or access your data. We help you build a comprehensive, technically sound requirements/technical document to create an AI that adheres to your values, business needs, and data privacy and security requirements.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the project. Typically $5000-$15000, it can be quoted with the FREE Ready Set AI Simulator use case you'd like to explore.

We'll work with you to define, validate, and document a single-value proposition that includes an ROI analysis and roadmap.

Includes: 2 x 1 1/2 hour Discovery sessions + 1/2 day on-site facilitated session at your venue or online, with up to 4 people from your team. 

$3350 + HST

Designed for organizations that want to keep their members ahead of the curve and may have specific concerns or requirements about their use of AI. Featuring a use case that you select, we'll take particpants from analysis through to a high-level project plan where they can see the type(s) of data and processes that need to be in place to create an effective solution.  

Focus on either:

• AI enablement that will enhance members' benefits (by the membership organization)
• An AI use case featured from a specific member

Includes:  Agenda co-development and 1 full day or 2 consecutive 1/2 day sessions at your venue complemented by 3 follow-up remote 1 hour sessions for the membership organization or the featured member. 

$625 + HST per participant, with a minimum of 6 participants (maximum 10).

Solo operators aiming to achieve their AI adoption objectives and enhance personal productivity, streamline daily workflows, and confidently apply AI tools without requiring technical expertise or additional staff will see immediate benefits. 

Includes: 1/2 day, onsite facilitated session supported by 2 follow-up remote sessions. 

$750 + HST per participant.
